I am feeling better today. Cold has moved to my chest. Which is good and bad. Life is slowly getting back to normal. I miss my husband though. He has been working 14 hr long days. He works so hard to provide for me… I love him very much. So to distract myself today I rearranged the bedroom and painted my nails. In rearranging though I ripped off my thumb nail on one hand and pointer finger nail on the other… so … yeah. But I then sat and painted my nails… which I haven’t done in like the longest time ever…. a day. I picked Charla by zoya since I thought it would look good on my short nails.
I have noticed that my box does weird things sometimes… like in this picture it is completely picking up the greenish teal sparkle and ignoring the blue base. Which is fine just showing what one angle looks like with all the glittery goodness that is in this polish.
Here it is in just some cloud cover. This picture shows more the blue base. I used two coats and then a top coat. I think I could have used 3 but it seemed like the dry time was not as great, but that happens with glittery polishes. Extremely happy with how shiny it is.
So then I added just a little flair and green crackled my ring finger on each hand since the green is very apparent in this polish.
Since my husband will be working late and all weekend I am planning to do alot of playing with polishes this weekend…. anything you are wanting to see… from my new and improved list…
So I slept most the day and didn’t even change my polish. Got my husband sick which got him in trouble… So I am ending the day on a high note. I finished re-editing my spread sheet and go though polishes. Take a look.
So I guess this is kinda corally pink… I will write more here tomorrow but for now here is Jamaican Out.
Ok here is the review. I really like this color is it corally pink orange with gold shimmer in it. It is a little streaky but that happens with this slightly frosted shimmer look. This was 3 coats, I think it needed 3 might be able to get away with 2 but I could still see my nail line slightly. It was not that great for dry time. All in all it was a little bit of a pain for application just due to dry time and amount of coats needed. I do love this color so much that I will use it again just probably not by itself.
So today I am feeling a little better my fever broke, but my head is still a mess. Getting better though. Got some work on my car done… Thought about cleaning, but did dishes and ferrets instead, that still counts a little. And was made some of the best soup ever!!!! So I am going to make this short and sweet, then join my husband for an early night of sleep. He just got home 15 mins ago, worked 7am to 930pm …ehhh. Today’s color was Wet and Wilds Eggplant frost. It’s a great color. Has a purple base with hints of red and a blue shimmer. What a pain to put on though. As many of you know I don’t do clean up after, I just have to get it right the first time. But this polish was everywhere. I think it was the brush and how it flowed off it. Needless to say thought for the 56cents I paid for it, it is great. Do I wish it applied better sure… but it is nice regardless.
